Product and limits
ComeBackTags, offered by The Peel People, LLC, are QR code labels that help someone who finds an item access information you choose to share. ComeBackTags does not guarantee that an item will be found or returned. It is not a tracking device and does not locate items.

Your information and privacy
You control what information you provide or link to through your label. Anyone who scans the code may see that information. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having permission to share it. ComeBackTags stores information you supply on a webpage it manages. ComeBackTags never sells or shares end user information.

Age
ComeBackTags is not directed at children under 13.

Warranty disclaimer
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LABELS AND RELATED WEBPAGE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free webpage access.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Peel People, LLC is not liable for lost items or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the labels or related webpage. Its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the labels involved. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing law and disputes
Illinois law and applicable United States federal law govern this notice. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes must be brought in state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
