When I initially ordered these I didn't really have a set idea of what I wanted to use these on. However, while getting my daughter's medicine bag together it dawned on me that one of these tags would really put my mind at ease, especially with her tendency to forget things. I've never used anything like this so I wasn't sure how it would work. The setup was surprisingly easy and simple. I scanned one of the codes and was directed to the website, I put in my email address and phone number (optional), then applied the QR code to my daughter's bag. I love that I didn't have to repeat this process for each tag, once one of the tags is activated they are all activated with the same information. I tested the tag out by scanning it with my husband's phone and it gave the option to call, text, or email, I called my phone just to be sure and everything worked as it should. I was notified by email that the tag was scanned as well. I am very happy with the adhesiveness of the tag. Since it's not recommended to apply it to fabric, I applied it to a plastic buckle, there have been no signs of corners peeling or any indication that the tag will come off. I also like that the tags came with covers I can place over the tags if I'm concerned with the privacy aspect. The tags are organized by assorted sizes of tags, this makes it easy for me to apply these to a variety of items. I do wish the covers came in different sizes as well but this is a minor detail for me. These comeback tags are dishwasher safe which is a major plus for use on my water bottle. For the piece of mind I've gotten from these easy to use tags I would say they are definitely worth the price.
I’m really impressed with these ComeBack Tags! They make it so easy to keep track of all your important belongings, from my phone and laptop to luggage and keys. The “Scan if Found” QR code is genius, anyone who finds your item can instantly contact you, and I love that I get a real-time GPS alert showing exactly where the scan occurred.Setup was super simple—I activated all 12 tags in seconds with my phone camera and just stuck them to my items. They feel durable and high-quality, being tear-resistant, waterproof, and even dishwasher-safe, so I don’t have to worry about everyday wear and tear.I also appreciate that they are universally compatible with any smartphone, require no app downloads, subscriptions, or data sharing, and the information is stored securely on U.S. servers. Plus, the assortment of sizes covers everything from small earbuds to larger luggage.Overall, these tags are clever, and extremely easy to use. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who wants to protect their valuables without hassle. However, they are only as reliable as the person who finds your item scanning the barcode.
This comes with 12 QR labels that stick well to non-porous items. They work so easily. When you first get the labels, you scan one of the QR labels with your phone's camera. It takes you to a website where you enter the information you are comfortable sharing: voice phone number, email address, and text phone number. There is no subscription fee or any other ongoing fee. The labels arrived in three sizes, with medium the most common. The smallest size is tiny, and the text size is difficult to read. But that size is perfect for small electronics, like an AirPods case. If you want to put this on a luggage tag, they also come with cover-up stickers that are easy to peel off. That way, your QR code (and contact information) is hidden until the bag is lost and some kind person tries to find out who the owner is. I like the relative privacy this solution offers. It's much better than printing your name, address, and phone number on a highly visible tag. The stickers are high-quality. It claims to be dishwasher safe. So, you could put this on your expensive Stanley or Yeti water bottle. I haven't tested that claim. My QR code labels all went on electronics I use while traveling - phone, laptop, charger, e-reader, powerbank, handheld fan, flashlight, etc.
So far, after testing, this does work.It makes me think, though, I could just put an AirTag on stuff and be able to locate it myself? I have a Find Your on my phone already. My keys-Seems I could rely on Find My on my phone more than someone to let me know they found my belongings. That’s what I have for my dogs-Tags and I locate them on my phone-No 3rd party involved.Really then, all I ever lose are my phone, keys, wallet and purse.. So this could help me in the event of that and so could an AirTag…I thi kIt’s just that I have to rely on someone else to contact me. Which is fine-Just something I’m not used to.So someone finds my daughter’ item, scans it, contacts her and can then contact her via email, text or a call. I am not sure if that’s safe….I can see this being effective for children at school, sports, camp and they’re always losing items. And I can see it being ok for the parents’ contact info…Maybe.Pinpoint location is great, but again your kid gets a text pinpointing the location. When he or she goes back to get it, is that always safe? Not sure how I feel about this. It’s a nice concept and could be effective to locate lost items…That being said, after testing, these scan codes work as claimed and intended. The adhesive in the tags is strong.
This is such a genius, sanity‑saving product. As a flight attendant, I constantly find items passengers leave behind and always wish I could contact them to let them know where to retrieve their item—rather than sending everything straight to lost and found, where it will likely never be reunited with its owner.I’m genuinely excited that someone finally came up with this idea.Setup couldn’t be easier. The instructions are clear—just three simple steps—and when I scanned my own QR code to test it, I immediately received an email with the exact location of my ‘lost’ item. They’re made of a tough polymer plastic—which is (according to my Google search) "often called the “steel of plastics” for its strength and resistance to heat and chemicals”—so they’re impressively durable. The one on my water bottle survived washing and scrubbing with an abrasive sponge without peeling off or fading and still scanned perfectly.I also tried one on my jacket; it adhered and stayed put when I shook it, but it peeled off more easily, so I’m unsure how well it would hold long‑term on fabrics. I did attach it to the tag, though, and it seems to be holding pretty well.Considering how well they work and how genuinely invaluable they are, they’re an excellent value for the price. This is a smart, practical solution to a real problem and something I can see being incredibly useful in everyday life.
